OneVentures’ sets industry benchmark for diversity
In September 2017 OneVentures was awarded the 2017 AVCAL Workplace Diversity Award, in recognition of the firm’s commitment to implementing practices and policies that improve gender diversity within the VC industry.
AVCAL CEO Yasser Ansary said “OneVentures has implemented a number of initiatives that set a high benchmark for the broader private equity and venture capital industry, including targets for gender balance in their recruitment process, to investment in professional development programs for their teams.”
With recent research[1] showing only 8% of senior investment teams within venture capital firms were women and only 22% were racially diverse, we believe OneVentures is one of the most diverse venture capital firms in the world.
